How long will it take to receive my order?
Stencils orders take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped. T-shirts, cups or any other custom order has 4-7 business days processing time. All orders are shipped via US Postal service. First class mail usually takes 2-5 business days (does not include processing time). Priority mail takes 1-3 business days (does not include processing time). Please note USPS does not guarantee any of their shipping times.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is based on what is in your cart and where it’s going.
To check shipping costs for an order, simply place the items you want in your cart and head over to the checkout page.
Does Artfully Designed Creations accept international orders?
Yes. Shipping costs are listed on the checkout page. Please note, international shipments may take 2-6 weeks. Artfully Designed Creations is not responsible delayed or lost mail or any additional postage or custom costs requsted by the buyer’s home country.
Does my delivery have tracking?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. If your order does not arrive please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Artfully Designed Creations is not responsible for delayed or lost mail caused by the U.S. Post office.
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. If your item is received damaged please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item.

Please note, the amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company / Paypal when your account is debited. What credit / debit cards are accepted?
Artfully Designed Creations currently uses PayPal to accept payments both via the normal Paypal page and with their credit card checkout system. PayPal is one of the safest and most recognised payment processors in the world and accepts most major credit and debit cards. You do not need to have an account to make purchases, but you will be redirected to PayPal’s own secure payment pages at the checkout, so we never store or have access to your payment details. I did not receive my order confirmation email, what should I do?
Please check your Spam or Junk mail filters and make sure you add email@example.com to your approved address book. This is the only email account we will be contacting you from. If you still do not have an email, please submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
I’ve tried everything but for some reason my order won’t go through?
Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, including the country to which your order is shipping. If you still have problems, email email@example.com with a description of your problem and we’ll try to look into it for you as soon as possible.
What if I entered the wrong address, or my package is undeliverable?
If you give us the wrong address and/or your package is deemed undeliverable by the postal service it will be returned to our shop.
When it arrives here we’ll contact you and ask you to give us a new address. We will not try to ship it to the same address, and you’ll need to pay for shipping again.
If you would rather not pay shipping again we will happily refund the purchase price, minus the original shipping.
How should I clean and store my stencils?
To clean your stencils simply run your stencils under warm water to rinse away any air brush color or royal icing. Pat dry between paper towel or a clean cloth.
To store your stencils you can keep them in the packaging they come in and store in a craft box. Or you can purchase an albums that holds a 6×6 protector. This is extremly helpful for organizing and seeing each of your stencils easily.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
If you plan on purchasing more than 50 stencils in a single order please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a discount.
